Danielle was so helpful at making sure she kept us informed of the progress, which was extremely appreciated as it made the whole move less stressful. We went to look around the property and instantly fell in love and knew that this is where we wanted to live. During the visit we signed and paid the deposit and then the property was taken off the market while checks were completed - this is a massive advantage to using Martin & Co as they make you well valued as a tenant and not just another application. All the checks were highly professional and the move in date was decided to best suit us.
