I recently had a disappointing experience with this letting agents. After taking time out of my busy schedule and commuting 35 minutes for a house viewing, I arrived at the property only to wait for 15 minutes with no sign of an agent. When I called the office, I was informed that they had sent a text message confirming the appointment 15 minutes earlier. As I don't use my phone while driving, I had not received any notification. This lack of communication and consideration for customers' time is unacceptable. Customer service skills were clearly lacking in this situation. It is essential for businesses to understand that clients' time is valuable, and failing to communicate effectively can result in a negative experience. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be using their services again. Improvement in communication and customer service is necessary for a better client experience.

an exceptionally poor vendor to deal with - they seem to have little or no interested in customers hence a total lack of service or staff. seems most of the staff have left the business as there's no response.

Ive used Martin and co to manage a property of mine, they have been terrible from start to finish, they lie frequently about having done things, they send trades people that are clearly not trades people and are nothing but a set of cowboys. They cause more damage trying to botch things and having to then pay for jobs putting right by actual trades people. Who when they look at the jobs can't stop laughing. Theres no communication and the first time you know they have sent people out to the house is when the rent is paid short. Please all take this as a warning there are much better more professional management agents in Wakefield.NegativeQuality, Professionalism

Wish 0 stars was an option, months of contacting them using website, phone and even 3rd party websites. Getting the same reply of that the property isent available yet as the tenant hasn't moved out and has no set date to move out. so i would be assured that i would be contacted when a viewing is available. 4 months later still no reply's so i keep calling every few weeks. Then suddenly someone has viewed the property and it is let agreed already with no effort to contact me from this estate agent. i would also like to point out that every time i was told that i would be contacted back at a later date when its available they would make no effort to take my contact info and i had to force it on them showing they had no interest in contacting me back in the first place. never use this estate agent.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

I wanted to buy 1 bed, 20 Market Street, Wakefield, Bayheath House but they have never replied about running costs like ground rent and service charge. I wrote to them by zoopla, rightmove, the form on their website and also spelt my email address by phone. It was roughly a month ago. Now I am not interested.

We had a really bad experience with this agency, can't trust them.
