My wife and I used the services of Martin & Co to handle a house sale and purchase back in November 2018. Jas was our key contact and was extremely helpful throughout the process, however his skills came in to their own when we had an unexpected turn of events. A similar style house on the same street was put up for sale £10k less than ours meaning our buyer wouldn’t pay what we needed to proceed (we were on help to buy at the time). We were contemplating pulling out of the purchase of the house M&Co had that we adored, however Jas stepped in and was able to renegotiate the sale price down by £10k to offset our buyers offer.
