We used Manning Stainton in Wakefield to sell our first home, the team were always so bubbly and friendly and kept us up to date throughout the entire process. Our home sold within a matter of a few days and the whole situation was seamless and stress free. Georgie and Laura couldn’t have done anymore for us, they are a credit to the business and we really hope they are recognised for this.

Mainly dealt with Leah and Laura who helped us every step of the way with our house sale. We had a bit of a mare with 1 buyer dropping out and having to find another one but both Leah and Laura worked really hard staying on top of things and kept us well informed. Also just really nice to deal with. Would absolutely use them again.

We recently made an offer on a home and had it accepted. Millie was our contact up until recently and has been great at keeping us up to date with the developments over the last week. Was offered a viewing quickly, had a follow up conversation at which time we placed our offer and they have been very good with support post offer being accepted.
