I've had a very positive experience so far with using Manning Stainton to sell my home. Whenever I phoned the office prior to deciding to use Manning Stainton there was always somebody who answered the phone, which was not the case with some other agents I initially considered using. This was an important sign that there would always be somebody available to speak to for potential buyers. James Robinson was professional in providing the valuation and photo service. Jodie has been my main contact in the office and I also had some contact with Natasha. Both Natasha and Jodie helped secure an agreed price on the sale of my property within a week of my house going on the market, which is great! I had my house valued by 5 companies and initially I went with Strike who were free. After 2 Months with Strike and a lot of stress I took my house off the market with Strike and put it on with Manning Stainton. My decision was based on Jodie - although I didn’t initially use Manning Stainton she always approached me every time a property came up that could be of interest to me, so she treat me like a buyer and a seller not just a seller. The only communication I received from the other agents were trying to persuade me to sell. I could see how hard Jodie was trying to get buyers for properties and thought if she approaches me with all these houses then she will be able to get me a buyer and quickly. I went with Manning Stainton and within a few days my house was sold. Jodie has been my point of contact throughout and is always print when replying to any messages I leave whether it be by phone or email. The whole team have been amazing but Jodie has been a little diamond and has made the process so stress free for me and has kept me up to date with everything in relation to selling and buying.
