A wonderful service! Rob was on hand for all of our questions and was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond until we sold the house and until exchange. We had been with another agent and had got nowhere but Rob soon turned this round. We strongly recommend him!!!!

Rob was the perfect estate agent making an extremely frustrating and stressful process as smooth as possible. The key to him being so successful was communication! He was available all times of the day and night meaning we didn't have to wait for normal working hours to get updates. Due to a complicated chain Rob actually sold our house twice, both times in unbelievably quick time and we'd choose him if we ever moved again. We'd 100% recommend him to anyone thinking of selling! Rob and Sally were amazing from start to finish. I sold my home within a week at full asking price. From the first day they came round to value, to handing my keys over to him on completion day I cannot fault them. When they came to value the house I shared what I’d need to achieve in order to secure my new home. Rob was so confident I could achieve it. They managed all the viewings for the house and was brilliant at keeping me informed. Whenever I had a question or needed something he always replied within a matter of minutes. During the selling up process Rob was always on hand for advice or adhoc questions. He also helped chase solicitors throughout which was really appreciated. Hi, we're Rob, Sally & William. We love being Estate Agents and helping people find a solution to their home moving needs. We've lived here all our lives and quite simply love it, there is not much we don't know about the local area so ask away and we will do our best to help! We have lived in and around the area all our lives. Growing up with our families then eventually meeting at Wakefield New College, getting married then starting a family of our own. We had a bad experience buying and selling a house and thought, "we can do this better!". Rob has held senior positions in the telecommunications sector working for some big corporate brands while Sally was a teacher and head of department in a local school. We needed a change though, and realised there is a huge gap in the industry for some honest, open and customer focused service. We have since utilised all the transferable skills we have developed over the years to create a fantastic local business, that people seem to love! We love what we do and nothing is too much trouble for our customers. We make ourselves available to suit the customers needs to achieve a great price for the seller and build great relationships with buyers. Our customers become friends and people we know will come back to us in future. The majority of our business comes from word of mouth referrals which says everything about us that you need to know!
