Owing to the actions of others, it was not an easy process but Jo, George and Matt helped us over the hurdles thrown in our path along the way. Our first contact with Kinetic was Matt, whose valuation proved to be most accurate of the three we obtained. The lower valuations of the other two agents (one local and one online) would have lost us thousands if we had settled for them. George took over and negotiated an excellent deal for us and Jo put her skills to full use to prevent the sale falling through when impatience took hold of some members of the chain. Kinetic Estate Agent did a fantastic job for myself and mum last year. Mum was selling her house, as was I. It was a difficult market, but their negotiating helped us succeed with our sales and, in Mum's case she was able to purchase the perfect bungalow that she had set her heart on. All the staff I dealt with were polite and professional, even at times when stress levels and emotions were running a bit high. I have recently used Kinetic to sell my house. Jo Foster is more than an estate agent; she is a friend along with you on the purchasing journey. Kinetic Estate is not the company I've used to buy my house; it's the seller's company. Still, Jo has been in contact with me almost daily, chasing the process and offering explanation. By way of background, I am a first-time home buyer. I bought a property from Kinetic and right from our first viewing to crossing the line with the completion Jo Foster was outstanding. Constantly chasing solicitors and agents for updates and the thing was it was usually after Jo had contacted one or the other that there was actually movement. Our initial Chain fell through but we had a new buyer on the same day and Jo kept her client on our side whilst our new buyer started the process. In 4 weeks it was signed and sealed but Jo was outstanding, easy to deal with, in fact enjoyable to deal with and i was looped in on everything.
