Searching for a flat in London is a nightmare but Scott has been so helpful throughout the entire process once I’ve found a place that I liked. He’s been very accessible, happy to answer all my questions even outside of office hours. He’s helped me through the entire process from start to finish and I’m very lucky to have had such a reassuring agent, especially given this is my first time renting solo. Scott S. liaised with the landlord to make a good deal for me, which is something I really appreciate and it puts me at ease knowing that if I need anything throughout my tenancy, I can just reach out to him and it’ll get sorted. Highly recommend him!

Today I have been communication with Nikki regarding my tenancy being renewed, rent increase and it changing from a fixed term to rolling contract. Nikki was clear and informative in her communication whilst also having a friendly vibe in her emails. Much appreciated as a tenant, this makes dealing which such things a much more positive experience, great job, thanks Nikki!
