With Tom's advice and guidance we was not only able to achieved our asking price, we were also able to completed from start to finish in just under 12 weeks. 5 Star After having the same tenant for last 5 years and them successfully purchasing their own home we were concerned with any gaps in rental as it’s been so long we had no idea on market etc. Luke , Holly and Charlie were all excellent they supported us with - Market rates - Marketing - An open home We had 7 offerers including over asking price and they helped select the right tenants for our needs. They took on an extremely difficult sale (house that other 2 local estate agents could not sell / get a reasonable offer), ran focused open days and quickly got us an offer. I met Charlie at a house viewing on a Sunday. I remember my first impressions being how dedicated he was to cater for those who can’t view on weekdays. Charlie was clearly committed to being different from other agents, trying to get that sale whatever day of the week. A few years later I decided to sell, and I like most invited 3 agents for a valuation. All Day Miller stood out, very personable, professional and all about the customer. They promised to provide a quality service. The other two agents told me all the reasons why I should pick them and why I shouldn’t pick the other two. It was quite stressful and intimidating. But Charlie and his team remained professional, giving me time to make my decision without any pressure. I had never sold a house before, from the start, Luke was productive and professional, once my house was on the market we had an open day, Ellie was looking after all the prospective buyers, once sold Sophie took over, she was fabulous, she kept me updated all the way, and the solictor they recommended was excellent.
