We hesitated to use Ryder&Dutton again after a massive mistake they made which resulted in my receiving a court summons for non payment of council tax the morning we were leaving for a 3 week holiday to China.We received an email apology from the council but nothing from R&D!We decided to chance them again for our convenience with Lesley as our agent and can honestly say she provided an extremely efficient, swift and courteous service.Well done Lesley and Maddie! Been renting a property from Ryder & Dutton for 5 years now and they have always been there if we need owt doing, Lesley Knight from Springhead office, would do her best to get it sorted, 9 times out of 10 she would. If I was buying a property I would definitely go to Lesley. All round a great friendly person .

The most efficient estate agent we have ever come across! Lesley Knight in the Saddleworth office was an absolute star. She explained everything clearly, answered all our questions and solved problems to ensure our rental application went through in good time and we were not left homeless. She is always courteous and professional even when working under pressure. We Madeleine Killeen to sign the contract, inventory etc yesterday and again found her personable, professional and very thorough. To sum up, all the staff at Ryder & Dutton worked together to help us through what could have been a very stressful experience.

First class service from everyone involved. Jenny and Simon were thoroughly professional throughout and kept me informed thorough the whole process of selling my house. Nothing was too much trouble; phone calls were dealt with and returned promptly and the out-of-hours service meant that someone was available long into the evenings and weekends. A special mention to James who took calls from me on a Sunday night and also whilst he was walking his dog! Before we went with R&D, we asked James why we should go with them rather than a rival company. He took some time to justify why R&D was the best choice and he was absolutely right. Faultless.

Ryder & Dutton Saddleworth have provided an excellent, highly professional service from start to finish. Anne and Simon were notable for their positive attitudes to viewings and excellent communication. Jenny for her negotiation skills, experienced advice and her ability to drive a sale through to completion. Best of all they work together as a team to provide a great service. I will use R&D again and have no hesitation in advising others to do so.
