First time privately renting and having viewed several properties through a variety of different companies I found Martin and Co to be by far the best and this was all down to the Fantastic service provided by Stephanie. There was no pretense or unnecessary waffle when viewing the property and I found her to be extremely helpful and very friendly from start to finish. Being new to dealing with estate agents i felt a little out of my depth with all the proceedings and formalities but Stephanie made the whole process a stress-free and pleasurable experience.
