Many agents are dispassionate and basically just stand back so that you can walk through. Matthew is engaged in your viewing. He points out the unique features of the property.

Highly recommend-right from the first time Tom came around we were both really impressed by the depth of research that had been undertaken which really inspired us with confidence to go with Kings. They were also very responsive to requests and queries and prompt in replying. The online portal with all the viewings and comments was very effective and extremely helpful to have all in one place and felt very confident with the sale being dealt by the Kings team in Tunbridge Wells.

I have only good things to say about this agent. I met with Gemma initially who, although a sale agent, kindly spent time with me to take down my requirements for a rental property and even booked me in to see a rental later that afternoon. I then met Cerys, the letting agent, at the rental property and she was friendly, efficient and explained the details of the property to me very clearly.

We initially let our house out with Kings and then subsequently went on to sell it, with them acting as our Estate Agents. The team were very knowledgeable about the local market and area; they were thorough, efficient and kept us informed throughout the process.
