I was looking for flats in Tunbridge Wells for quite some time and have been in touch with multiple agencies . Never found the right one - but , I must say the first time I met Melissa from Kings Estates for a viewing , the smile was there waiting for me too. That is a fine touch but doesn't close the deal. Melissa made me feel at home , with the viewing I had . giving me room to look at my own comfort , yet present when I needed. Professional , always responding promptly to all queries via either email or phone , and well versed in her job made me feel like I have found the perfect agency I could trust to find me a home . I wasn't wrong , and that closed the deal . I signed the property with Melissa and im super happy .
