Only decided to ask Kings Estates to sell my house when they were so helpful with the property I was buying. After deciding to sell our beloved house of 7 years we approached Gemma at Kings Estates to get the wheels in motion. We were instantly reassured we were in safe hands. We were assigned a photographer who took stunning images of our home and packaged the post beautifully with detailed information and drawings. Within the first week of posting the advert, it generated interest with an accepted offer shortly after. Their communication throughout the whole process was fantastic. Tom was always on hand to answer a question and no task too big or too small. We did encounter a break in the chain at a critical time of the process by another Estate Agents client which put our new house purchase in jeopardy. Kings Estates were incredible from this point. Mike managed to turn around within 24 hours an open day of viewings and have 3 offers on the table (one £10k above asking price). We discussed with them our best approach to rebuild the chain as strongly and quickly as possible and accepted a new offer shortly after. We have used other Estate Agents in the past and none compare. King Estates care about their clients. They advise, care and respect their client's needs.
