I had a pleasant time renting with Ellis & Co in the last 30+ months. They have dedicated POC for the flat and maintenance, which I always get prompt responses/scheduling fixes. (Shout out to Georgia and Hasan!) The checkout process was also streamlined, with checklist highlighting each step which is transparent and convenient. I received the deposit back timely too! It is the best tenancy management I’ve experienced (I have rented with Foxtons & Dexters before in the last 5 years). Thank you!
