Frank was very pro-active in helping us to purchase our apartment. The team at the Shaldon office, most especially Mia did an amazing job, above and beyond, on our purchase. It was similarly very positive with our sale via Peter at the Dawlish office. Previously, we found a larger local estate agent unbelievably poor, with a couldn't be bothered attitude, and if they thought that we weren't serious buyers/sellers they couldn't have been further from the truth. With the team effort at Absolute, we had a buyer in 10-days, allowing us to formalise our purchase offer soon afterwards. Having just completed on a property purchase through Absolute estate agents in Torquay, I felt compelled to write a review on the fantastic service that we received, from the initial viewing through to completion. We were initially shown around the property by Ellie who was very polite and informative. The sale was dealt with by Tina who was honestly fantastic, in so much as she made sure that everything went as smoothly as possible and any questions or concerns we had were dealt with in a timely and professional manner. Nothing was too much trouble and I was impressed by her efficiency throughout the process. I cannot recommend this agent enough !!!

I have purchased and sold a property though absolute and can’t speak highly enough of the team there. The sale progressor Kim has helped me with both a purchase and a sale and has been absolutely fantastic.

As a busy restaurant owner , I don’t have the time to think about all the legislation that goes into looking after the rental properties , so I rely on Absolute , to make sure this is all taken care of . They remind me , when certificates etc , need replacing or when problems arise , and then together we action them .
