Just got the keys to our first house through absolute, and they have been nothing but amazing! Emily was the one who showed us around the house on our viewing and she was so lovely and professional answering any questions we had! We have been dealing with Absolute for our house purchase, having relocated from 300+ miles away. It's fair to say that the whole process has proved more challenging than we expected, but throughout the entire time Absolute have gone above and beyond to ensure we were kept updated and so we felt we had some control over our circumstances. I have to say that Rachael Twose made the whole experience bearable and she has been a godsend in keeping my sanity in check! She is clearly someone who cares about her clients and who genuinely does all that she can to help.
