We have used the services of Martin & Co at Tonbridge since 2016 for the letting and management of our domestic properties in their area.We have always found them to be honest and trustworthy in all our dealings with them and have found them to be fair with landlord, tenant and maintenance contractor alike. I have dealt with Martin & Co in Tonbridge for 6 years now, and have found them to be reliable, professional and very pro-active when advising landlords of any forthcoming changes in the law, for both owners and tenants. I have noticed several negative reviews, in particular from people who have never actually dealt with Martin & Co, possibly resulting from a disgruntled tenant. These reviews are the complete opposite of my overall experience of the friendly and helpful staff at Martin & Co in Tonbridge High Street, going right back to 2016.
