The best team in the Kent? Probably. My experience with Ellis and Co was amazing. While we were moving from London to Tonbridge couple of years back, this team worked extremely hard to make our move as smooth as possible. We rented our property with Ellis, stayed with Ellis until we buy our new home, because of they are the best. Every one of this team is professional and friendly. Adam is special, so as Mr.Tom Perry as head of the team. During letting, during stay, during moving out, Ellis and Co's support, guidance, advice were second to none. We can't thank enough to this team for their professionalism and service. In future for any further letting or sales, we will definitely prefer Ellis and Co and would also highly recommend them to anyone planning to rent or buy property. Because they really "Do Care".

Those guys are top notch. Coming from the US & being new to the area we needed some guidance & they delivered. They helped us before, during & after the home rental process giving us advice about different utility companies & the choices we had. Apologies for the delay of this review!! I cannot recommend these guys enough. Rented a property in Tonbridge through them, Adam in particular and Danny made the process a much easier one than myself and my husband have had in the past. One experience in particular with a different letting agents was utterly horrendous and made us ill. So having to move yet again was something we dreaded. We were nervous and stressed through the whole process. We were looked after so well by the team here, they seemed to understand why we were feeling the way we did and offered a great deal of reassurance etc along the way. Lovely guys, utterly bonkers (which we love) and total professionals. Can't be faulted! Thankyou so much :)

I have previously had many bad experiences with other letting agents, but I've had only positive experiences with Ellis and Co so far which has been a nice change! (e.g. maintenance issues are responeded to and sorted out quickly)

Everybody at Ellis are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We failed to sell our flat with 2 other estate agents and were starting to give up hope, until we finally went with Ellis who found us a buyer, and followed the sale through to completion (including alot of chasing of the buyers solicitor).
