My wife and I called in to the Tunbridge office to make a general enquiry about the terms on which property was let as we have sold our house and may need short term accommodation before buying. We were dealt with by a young lady with great courtesy, comprehension, understanding and helpfulness and were very impressed with her professionalism and knowledge. Excellent service indeed.

Amazing Estate Agency, very professional and responsive, I had no luck this time (as a Tenant) but other Estate Agents should learn from them how to treat customers :) They took all my details/circumstances, honestly told me about my chances. It’s been a fantastic service from start to end! They've helped make what I'm told is usually a stressful process seem easy. This is the first property I have sold, and they explained the full process from the offset so there was no surprises. Tom also recommended a great solicitor so I didn’t have to do much research on this (and they turned out just as great). Tom and his team at Ellis&Co have all been extremely helpful, and kept me updated throughout. But this isn’t even the best bit, my property was marketed and sold within 2 weeks after about 6 viewings. Then within just a couple of months, exchange and completion was done (this time scale was due to buyers side). If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Thanks Tom and all the team at Ellis&Co, Tonbridge. I would highly recommend you all, and I will be more than happy to use your service again if its ever needed in the future!
