These guys have given me nothing but incredible service. Always super friendly, helpful and attentive. I once locked myself out of my house with no phone or keys, in the pouring rain, and they let me stay in their office for 2 hours, gave me a cup of tea and then drove me to my land lady as soon as she was home, so I could pick up the spare key. Top notch.

I really had good experience with Martin & Co caversham. Agent explained the working process of all amenities very clearly on my 1st day visit of house. I wanted to get the house Keys on Sunday. They are fine with that and Agency gave a proper printed document in a file. Agent was happy to drop me in the house and we checked the Amenities again.
