Steve and his team at Inspire Estate Agents have done amazing job, not only achieving a brilliant price for the house but he has gone way beyond what I would expect from a Estate Agent, we were selling the family home due to bereavement, so solicitors were handling most things, something that should have only taken 4 months because there was no chain, but due to the incompetence of the conveyancing firm this did not happen, steve grabbed the bull by horns and was chasing them up, not only the conveyancing solicitors but the exeutors solicitors for the estate as well, they was always at the end of the phone if we had questions or a problem that we couldn't sort. We got a offer that we excepted at the end of May and are finally completing end of October, but I can honestly say with hand on heart that if it was not for Steve and his team we would be no where near it, I would just like to take this opportunity to thank Steve and his team from all the family for all of their help and hard work in this difficult process
