He tirelessly chased all parties to make it happen!! AND at the 9th hour exchange happened and we were in before the big day (I even got my tree up)!!! We received excellent service from Simon, Alex, Bruce and Dan. The bungalow we were selling took a while to go through but they were always helpful and professional with the proceedings. We were kept informed at all stages and left the show-rounds in their hands. The bungalow was tenanted and they liaised successfully with our tenants for access during the process.

As this was our first time in selling needed everything to be straight forward, and be able to understand what was expected from us as a seller. The selling team kept us up to date during and nearing the end of the sale so at no time did we have to chase unnecessarily. We had 3 members of the selling team we were able to contact and speak to regarding our sale at any time which made a huge difference as each member knew what was happening. we recently rented a house under Romans, and they were completely awful. Parkers on the other hand were the complete opposite in every way, helpful everytime we got in contact with them and always kept us up to date with information on the property we have rented. Our agent Georgia Crewe was always there to help us and support us in anyway possible. always keeping us to update with emails and anything else we needed to know.....she needs to be promoted!!!!

From our first point of contact with Parkers Tilehurst branch to date they have been exceptional agents throughout and have done everything within their abilities to ensure that our move went as seamlessly and as quickly as possible. When I have made contact with the Tilehurst branch the reception team have always made sure that messages are passed on accurately and I was always called or emailed back very quickly and with information and answers, at no point did I feel like we were being put off or an inconvenience to any member of staff. I cannot thank Parkers enough! We had nearly given up finding a property in our local area. Steve Chitty responded to our request immediately and worked really hard for us and our landlord in securing this tenancy. Georgia Crewe was responsive and proactive. We have actually enjoyed our the whole experience! With Steve Chitty, nothing was too much trouble ( and there were a lot of issues to sort out) He was professional, helpful and kind. We were not overlooked just because we are the tenants. We actually felt like we had received a great service, not just the landlord. I think a lot of companies can forget that the tenants are actually putting up a lot of money at the beginning and it can be a very stressful time (depending on circumstances). I will definitely refer friends and family to Parkers and have talked to many people that knew of our situation and I have praised Parkers.
