Having purchased my last property through Parkers previously, I had no hesitation using them to sell it 7 years later. An added bonus was that it turned out that Parkers were the agent for the entire chain. From the very first conversation with Maddie and her finding a buyer before my property was even marketed, to the conversations with Charlie about offers on my property as well as my offers on my purchase, followed by Emma's capable hands dealing with solicitors, buyers, and sellers, I cannot fault my experience. I had lots of hospital visits and operations happening during this time, but you all made me feel like nothing was ever too much trouble. Solicitors didn't always help matters, but I always felt that Emma had everything in hand - chasing for updates when needed and keeping me informed. The WhatsApp group meant queries were always dealt with quickly.... Even if it was another member of the team who jumped in to help. A big thank you to Daniel and his team for selling our property. When I first came to market, I tried two well known traditional ‘premium’ agents and was on the market for 15 months, with no success. Daniel from Parkers Prestige got in touch to say he could help and from our first chat I felt like we were dealing with a different standard of company and agent.
