17/08/2023 - Today remarks the date of me signing my new contract with Milbury’s. I honestly cannot find the right words to describe how grateful I am to Melanie Clarks and Milbury’s team who made my onboard experience just phenomenal. First, I need to praise Melanie on her fabulous communication skills, and her responsiveness. You will never get an email reply in more than half an hour, that is with maintaining communication externally, i.e. landlord to come back to me with a useful answer. Considering that I am now in London and the new house is in Bristol, I had issues with my energy supplier due to the nature of the meter at the new house. Again, since I sent an email to explain the situation with the energy supplier, and within less than half an hour, she went all the way from her office to my new place to obtain some meter related readings and it was provided to me on a golden plate. Trust me, this saved me so much stress. I have no doubts that Melanie is a very important resource to Milbury’s Speaking about Milbury’s itself, you receive a bunch of very useful and free services upon signing the contract. This includes them sorting all your utilities and council tax. Believe it or not, I received a phone call for sorting out utilities account, within 1 phone call, I was able to sort Water, energy supply, Wi-Fi and council tax. All what I had to do is answering their questions. That’s another phenomenal experience on its own. Overall, I am a very happy and satisfied customer. Considering that I am moving from London to Bristol; having Milbury’s in this journey made my moving process between both cities as simple as it can be! Thank you Melanie, thank you Milbury’s Team! *********************************************** 07/08/2023 - I still haven’t rented with Milbury’s, however, I had 1 viewing and I have another viewing with them next week. I can confirm that the level of proficiency is exceeding the expectations. Let be break it down: 1- They considered my application when I applied. They called back to to confirm viewing. Many other agencies do not even reply to your request when they are fully booked. 2- very speedy response by emails. First, they do reply. Second, they are very quick. 3- they do consider applicants really fairly. They do not do anything under the table. Paying more, doesn’t necessarily means securing the offer. They present all applicants to the landlord and they pass literally all details to the landlord to make the decision. 4- upon viewing, the lady initiated discussion with me. Asked how was my journey and tried to know a bit more about me. I highly appreciate this. As this means they don’t rent randomly to anyone. I wish if I can mention the names of the people served me, but for confidential reasons I wont Overall, the experience is very satisfying and I will searching on their website now rather than on Rightmove; as i will feel safe that I am backed by a good agency
