I sold my house and bought a new home both with Belvoir Thirsk. It was a stressful 'journey' over a period of 9 months, during which time Anthony and Emily were outstandingly helpful, patient, professional and supportive every step of the way. They have an incredible knowledge in their field, including the conveyancing process, and go above and beyond what I would normally expect of an estate agent. I can't recommend them enough.

Anthony and Emily at Belvoir are both fantastic. From the very first meeting with Anthony at my property, I knew they were the agent for me and my house sale. He was open and honest about the market, the property and the valuation he provided. The marketing materials were completed very quickly to help facilitate getting my house online in record time in the hope I could sell quickly and be proceedable on my dream home. Nevertheless, the photos and write up were slick, professional and painted my property in the very best light. Working hard to get the right people round to view the property and conducting the viewings on my behalf as I work full time was all part of a fantastic service. As were the frequent updates and sensible, practical advice / guidance on both my sale and purchase (through another agent). Selling my house in just three weeks, for full asking price, got me exactly what I needed to allow me to offer on, and successful purchase, my forever home.
