Andrew and his team were extremely helpful from start to finish. I had to sell my late mother's house, and being so young I found it very difficult to navigate and understand things. Andrew took time to personally come and meet me to discuss everything so I could understand fully. He set up a whatsapp chat for us so I could contact him directly and even undertook checks (free of charge) of the house as I lived quite far away from the property. There was an open house event in which all the slots were fully booked and we got an offer within 24 hours of the viewings. We sold for way over asking price which was amazing.
