Where to start.. I joined my partner on this crazy process of buying a house, together, and him selling his. I remember our first conversation was ‘I’m using Lawsons’ and I thought who’s that and what do they do lol. We cannot stress enough how beyond incredible they have been throughout this whole process. We first met Hayley through our ring doorbell app when she was showing our (now) buyers the house, the most bubbly friendly character which made us smile. Since that day she has become the glue to our journey and keeping the whole process afloat. Without Hayley I honestly think we would still be sleeping on a mattress in months to come! She has treated this house move like her own, the passion, determination, and also the emotion.. she really has been through it all with us. She has been at the end of the phone on speed dial, listening to our tears, swear words, rants and also joys. Thank you for going above and beyond your duties Hayley, we will forever be in your debt for everything you have done for us. If you need an estate agent that cares, look no further than Lawsons....and I wasn't even their customer! I wish I'd gone to them for my sale, my agents were beyond useless. So Hayley at Lawsons went above and beyond to chase and follow up on every stage whenever my agents failed to do so (multiple times) and in doing so saved me considerable time and stress. Responses were prompt, always available to chat over any issues, you name it. Overall, I had the worst sale experience I've ever had, but on the purchase side, Lawsons and Hayley made it SO much better than it otherwise would have been! Thanks :)

First off, I could not recommend Lawsons more if you are looking to sell your home like I was! This was my first time selling a home and everyone I spoke to told me that it would be a long and tedious process (It was), but that was in no part because of Lawsons and their amazing staff. Throughout the entire process the only solid base of communication, updates or just support came from Lawsons. They were able to help me with things I did not understand and answered any questions I had without making me feel like I was asking too many (I asked a lot). Special mention to David and Hayley for all of their help and a MASSIVE thank you to both. Cannot stress enough just how helpful you have both been throughout. From your professionalism with all things sale related to just talking me down when I was worried about different parts of the process, you guys were faultless. Thank you once again!
