We would like to thank Juliet and Ben for their help. Although we have not sold and bought directly with Lawsons as we were using another estate agent Ben and Juliet where part of the chain. Their commitment to ensuring the matter progressed has been very much appreciated. In particular they kindly kept us updated as we were not getting the level of information we expected from those we supposed. Ben would call me in the evenings when he could of have been at home and again he wasn’t obliged to but still did it where as our estate agent seemed quite casual about events.
