After being transferred to parkers just prior to moving in from another estate agents things could not have been easier. Always responsive and helpful. Particularly Georgia on the lettings team was one of the most helpful people I've ever met. Always had time to take my call and when ever anything broke in the house Georgia was always there to let us know what was happening and when. Parkers Theale have been great from our first viewing, during the pandemic, all the way through to completion. As first time buyers, buying in such uncertain times, Simon couldn’t have been any more supportive with our multiple questions! As first time buyers, everything was new to us however Parkers put us at ease and ensured everything kept moving along, we were also impressed to receive a welcome pack when we picked up our keys to our new home - its the little things at such an exciting (and stressful) time.
