What a team. From initial contact with Alan who came to value the property and did the marketing photos, through to Elena who conducted the viewings and secured our buyer and on to Chanelle who did the admin to complete the sale. It has all been faultless. From viewing to exchange of contracts was less than 6 weeks. You smashed it guys you should all give yourselves a pat on the back. I’m super impressed!!!

From beginning to end Parkers were Amazing. As soon as we met Alan, he put us at ease and it was clear he knew the market really well. The valuation process was professional and unrushed, Alan took time to get to know us and the property. Alan knew the best way to photograph the property, drone footage was obtained and photography for the virtual tour was taken. They have the latest technology allowing the process to be simple and relatively speedy. Alan knew the market and already knew he had potential buyers for our property on his books. Elena took control of all the viewings, kept professional at all times, kept us informed of all feedback and negotiated the sale of our property in just two and half weeks. Emma and Chanelle took over the sale and kept us informed throughout. Parkers showed great empathy when the estate agent we were buying through caused us unnecessary anguish and concern, my wife went into the office in a flap - Emma took control of the situation and put my wife at ease. Over the next few days Emma liaised directly with the buying estate agent and took the pressure away from us and helped bring our sale and purchase to completion. We have absolutely no negative comments to make about Parkers (Theale and Pangbourne office) if you want an estate agent who knows their stuff and has your back - Alan and the Parkers team are the ones for you.
