A very very professional friendly efficient team smoothing the sale of a relative's property at a very rewarding sale price with minimal burden on my brother and I.

We had confidence in Milne Moser from the start. Their first visit to our home was friendly, helpful and informative, care was taken to ensure the photos of our property were realistic and truthful. The on-going support and friendliness of the office staff and the gentleman who took the viewings for us was excellent - we were kept fully informed at all times during the process. We utilised the full service from Milne Moser and found their solicitor be very approachable and friendly, she helpfully and patiently answered our many questions! Our property sold very quickly, the process was smooth and stress free. The suggested asking price was realistic for the area, which we think helped our sale. Other local agents suggested either substantially more (unrealistic) or indeed substantially less. Two actually suggested some £23K less than the price achieved, (no wonder they boasted about their sales figures)! We would recommend Milne Moser without hesitation, as they were very professional, helpful and friendly in achieving a speedy stress-free sale for us.
