Our property sold very quickly, the process was smooth and stress free. The suggested asking price was realistic for the area, which we think helped our sale. Other local agents suggested either substantially more (unrealistic) or indeed substantially less. Two actually suggested some £23K less than the price achieved, (no wonder they boasted about their sales figures)!
