Excellent service - buying & letting
We have a number of properties that we rent out locally and our most recently purchased property was through Northwoods in wellington. We have dealt with a number of estate agents and letting agents over the last few years and can honestly say this agent was an absolute pleasure to deal with. They keep in touch constantly throughout the process - communication is brilliant and everything is done efficiently and in a timely manner. Andy & Tash come across as very trustworthy & have a very calm manner about them - nothing is too much trouble. We were so pleased with how smoothly the purchase of our latest house went that we decided to use Northwoods as our letting agent also. So glad we did - they pulled out all the stops to get us the right tennants and we shall definitely be using them again. I would have no hesitation in recommending Northwood to family & friends either buying, selling, renting or letting.

Helpful and Caring Estate Agent
Andy and Tash were just fantastic! They really put themselves out to help us in any way they could. They sold our house and the people that bought it then decided to get Andy and Tash to rent it for them and they have now rented it to someone. I recommended them to my son and he has put his house up for sale with them and it was sold in under two weeks! I can highly recommend them to anyone. Excellent service, very friendly yet totally professional.

First Class Service From Northwood!!
When we needed new tenants in a hurry, Northwood wasted no time in marketing the property. They quickly found us a suitable tenant and the appropriate references were thoroughly checked. We have used the services of various estate agents many times in the past and Northwood have proved to be the most professional.. I was most impressed with their efficiency and attention to detail. I would not hesitate in recommending their services..

First rental property
Northwoods made the whole transaction easy and straightforward. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and everything went smoothly. Will definintly use them in the future lettings have have already recommended them to others including family!

I couldn't have been more pleased with the service!
We had had the house on the market for ages. We considered renting it out, but thought it too time consuming and worrying. We heard of Northwood and the services they offer and I called into the office. I was met by friendly faces who were genuine in wanting to help me. It was clear that they knew their stuff. They were never going to fob me off and I felt reassured that they would do what was best for me. They visited the house and discussed with us at length our options. They shared the details of the draw-backs and helped us by preparing financial comparisons for the options available to us. They enabled us to make an informed decision. The process was quick. They advertised the property and had a list of people interested within two days. More people contacted them about our property in those first days than we had had enquiries over the 18 months previous. They undertook the viewings and checked out the paperwork. We are very pleased with every aspect of their service and believe that we get a value for money deal. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone with a house to let or sell.

Very Impressive Serv
I have been really impressed with the service I have received from Northwood, From first meeting them to show them around the rental property I have, it was only a few days before viewings had been booked and within a week I had 4 applications to rent my property. Throughout they kept me informed and gave me all the advice and help that I needed. Can't speak highly enough of them as a company and namely Tash who has been dealing with me directly.

Undeniably good!
I cannot praise Northwood Telford enough. Excellent service and communication throughout our purchase. Friendly, approachable and highly professional. We were confident in everything they did for us and in everything we were told. Northwood Telford is what you want and need as an estate agent. I would definitely use them in the future. 100% top quality company with top quality staff!

An absolute star!
Natasha makes letting my property seem such an easy task. Nothing is too much trouble for her and she works hard to solve any problems that arise. She is very straightforward with her dealings and is always really friendly and affable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Northwood and Natasha for letting properties for landlords.

Making life easier
I opted to let my property through Northwood after recommendations from two landlords who have let properties through them and held them in high regard. Neverthless I approached them somewhat tentatively, not sure what to expect. What I found was way beyond my expectations. Every little difficulty I occurred trying to get my house ready for letting was dealt with by both Natasha and Andy. Natasha has been my main contact and has made the whole process so much smoother for me - I am genuinely not exaggerating when I say she has made my life so much easier. Settee to get rid of? No problem, I'll get a man with a van to take it. Paint bubbling up on one wall? Oh! I'll get a man in to touch that up, and so it goes on. Whatever problem I have Natahsa has an instant solution. I have opted to have a contract which gives me a guaranteed income. For that I receive slightly less than I would usually get from the Letting Agents but it is worth that difference to know that, a) I will get my rent whether there is a tenant in there or not, and b) Any issues will be dealt with on my behalf by Natasha. I have no interest in Northwood other than as a landlord entering a contract with them to be my Letting Agents but can honestly say they are far more helpful and friendly than can reasonably be expected. I am very impressed with everything they have done with me so far - which includes having a tenant, thoroughly vetted and ready to move in just days after agreeing to handle my property.
