Very efficient service, our property was well-priced and marketed (some other agents were under-valueing), and the asking price sale went through quickly and easily.

Have let a property with Goodchilds now Newton Fallowfell, for a number of years. In these years there was a tenant that was incredibly difficult to deal with, and caused major issues. But Goodchilds approached the issues with professionalism, confidence and good humour. In all aspects, all the staff have been pleasant and helpful. Even when having to take over the tenancy due to rising mortgage costs, they are still helpful and friendly. They even said if you have any issues or need advice, just ask us. You can't ask for more than that. Even the ending of contract fees were fair and reasonable. All the team go above and beyond to help. Thanks Nick, Chris and the rest of the team. If mortgage rates come down, I will be letting with you again.
