DB Roberts and had a very positive experience. I have recently become the landlord of a property and approached the lettings department to assist me with the management of my property. I was really pleased with the service I have received from them in particular Lisa and Megan who I have been dealing with. Their knowledge, professionalism and attention to detail has been outstanding. From initial contact, getting everything in place, advertising, referencing tenants has all been a smooth process. I feel my property is in safe hands and looking forward to working with them going forward.

Lisa, Bethany, Tia, Nicole and (more recently) Donna have always been polite and pleasant in their work, in my experience. they work hard to provide an efficient service. Bethany, for example, has been very quick in conveying a recent landlord's certificate to me, and Donna has similarly been quick to convey an inspection report. Lisa and Nicole have done well to navigate a particularly difficult situation last year, whilst Tia has been prompt in finding replacement tenants as required.

In any of the interactions I always had a great experience. I was kept updated on each step. Received emails confirming if a process was completed. All my requests or adjustments dealt with promptly. Megan, Nicole and Bethany have all been outstanding in communication, efficiency and kindness. Thank you. I appreciate it beyond I can express.
