I instructed Jackson Stops, Teddington in late August 2020 to conduct the sale of my local property. Dan Burkinshaw, director, oversaw the transaction impressively from day one, leaving the day to day process mainly in the hands of a young man, Tobias Klomps. Tobias was always polite but firm in his exchanges with myself and my wife, prompt in responding to texts and phone calls, and worked diligently and with no little skill in his conduct of the bulk of the many early viewings at the property which led to an agreement STC at above the asking price. Subsequently he dealt with numerous phone calls from the ultimate purchasers, arranged visits on their behalf (well in excess of double figures) by architects, builders and other contractors over a period of two months or more, throughout which time he displayed two key attributes- patience and persistence; no easy feat during a pandemic.
