It was a pleasure to deal with James, Max and Rob throughout our whole moving process. Firstly, our property was challenging to sell. Curchods, due to their deep local knowledge, were great partners by being upfront and honest about the jobs to be done, and later on, in making crucial tweaks that made the marketing of the property more effective. Second, the Team as mentioned were super-diligent to work with post-offer. Due to our property being a Leasehold, there were many enquiries and stakeholders to navigate. I recently bought a property of which Max and James were the seller’s agents. I have worked with estate agents on a professional level for over 20 years and I found both James and Max (plus Rob) to be excellent; I would highly recommend them. I am the other side of the mixed review left below and I can confirm that Max and James were very proactive (as was I, responding as soon as possible, often within the hour, to most queries raised throughout the process). I can only wish that the agents who I used had been the same with my buyer (and to whom I’ve provided strong feedback about their failings in managing the buyer – the buyer backtracked on their commitment to timeline at the last minute, having not organised their finances in the manner they represented when making the offer and agreeing to the completion timeline). I’m sorry for Curchods that this resulted in them receiving a mixed review and my lesson learned is to be through in checking with prospective agents their experience of project management in the timeline between an offer being accepted through to completion. Thank you Max and James (and to the former owner for their patience and understanding).
