Curchods was the estate agent in Teddington who gave us a personal service when we were looking to move to the area. We dealt with Declan Walsh who immediately fully understood our needs and wishes, and focused on these. As a result he quickly identified a property which fitted our requirements perfectly, and we went on to exchange and complete. It was a long chain and there were some difficult times before we finally exchanged, but Curchods and in particular Declan Walsh was the agent who chased and chivied the whole chain through to a successful completion.
