I have just sold a property with Curchods in Teddington. Having sold a fair few properties over the years, it was refreshing to work with an agent that cut out a lot of the bad experiences you usually receive from an estate agent. (Overselling and general schpiel etc etc). I dealt with Karen Clark, who was the best agent I've had the pleasure of working with in the last 25 years. She was so efficient, never needed to chase her to find out what was going on, and she completed the sale making everything simple, clear and easy. Well done to Karen & Curchods!

There there’s wasn’t a single cold call, they never encouraged gazumping (although other agents did so quite openly) no pushy sales people trying to pressurise a sale and they treated the buyer and vendor with the same degree of respect and professionalism. I would not hesitate to recommend their services.
