Marion looked after us initially with the valuation and the whole team who saw the move through were fantastic. We found Parkers in Tadley to be very proactive and very professional, yet natural and friendly in their approach. We dealt mostly with Marion Goldsmith and Dan Baxter and both were excellent in communicating with us where necessary. We felt confident in leaving them to sort out issues that cropped up. Although we finally accepted an offer below full price, we were happy with the amount we sold for. We had a fixed price agreement in place with Parkers but at no time were pressured to drop the price; rather they fully supported us in rejecting low offers. We were aware we could have gone with one of the new 'no commission' agents, and I looked into it. We took a chance, being too busy to follow things through ourselves, and the service we received from Parkers in my opinion fully justified the cost.
