James at EweMove has been excellent throughout what turned out to be - through no fault of his own - a difficult move during Brexit doubts and the COVID-19 pandemic. James has been on hand literally 7 days a week to offer advice when needed, make suggestions when asked and be accommodating to all sorts of demands. Let's just say our seller was 'forthright', but James negotiated his commitments to both his seller and us as buyers tactfully, transparently and honestly. At no time throughout the whole process did we feel that James and EweMove had anything but our own interests at heart. Some Estate Agents get a bad press, and no doubt some of it is deserved, but we've invited James back for a drink once we get settled - and I'd say that speaks volumes for his and EweMove's service. I couldn't give a higher recommendation.

After a recommendation I contacted Ewemove and spoke to James asking for help and advise to sell my property. He came on friday 15th May and gave information and sugested a goodnprice that he thought would sell my house. On Saturday 16th May James came to take details, photographs and a video. From conversations i had with him he was putting my house on there website on Sunday 17th May and it would go live on monday 18th May. On Monday Morning James contacted me to advise that 2 people wanted to view that evening.with him to show them around. On Tuesday 19th May James arranged for another viewing in the afternoon.Within 2 days i had 2 offers on my house and sold for the asking price. I was very pleased and shocked in a way that it happened so quickly. When James did all the viewings he followed social distancing and disinfected after every visit. Our experience was amazing, the property went live around 16:30 on a Friday afternoon, we received a call from James around 19:00 the same evening letting us know we had 4 viewings booked for the next day, one of which had already indicated they wanted to make an offer.
