After a recommendation I contacted Ewemove and spoke to James asking for help and advise to sell my property. He came on friday 15th May and gave information and sugested a goodnprice that he thought would sell my house. On Saturday 16th May James came to take details, photographs and a video. From conversations i had with him he was putting my house on there website on Sunday 17th May and it would go live on monday 18th May. On Monday Morning James contacted me to advise that 2 people wanted to view that evening.with him to show them around. On Tuesday 19th May James arranged for another viewing in the afternoon.Within 2 days i had 2 offers on my house and sold for the asking price. I was very pleased and shocked in a way that it happened so quickly. When James did all the viewings he followed social distancing and disinfected after every visit. James always goes the extra mile unlike most agents. We initially asked for a 18.45 viewing which he agreed to. Following the viewing we made an offer the same evening by phone at 9pm. The deal was concluded the following morning & completion took place during lockdown just 5 weeks later. Having dealt with estate agents over the years I have no time for them.They are just maggots. James was the exception to the rule & hence is very professionally & successful.

James has been on hand literally 7 days a week to offer advice when needed, make suggestions when asked and be accommodating to all sorts of demands. Let's just say our seller was 'forthright', but James negotiated his commitments to both his seller and us as buyers tactfully, transparently and honestly. At no time throughout the whole process did we feel that James and EweMove had anything but our own interests at heart. Some Estate Agents get a bad press, and no doubt some of it is deserved, but we've invited James back for a drink once we get settled - and I'd say that speaks volumes for his and EweMove's service. I couldn't give a higher recommendation.

The first house I purchased was through this company. I had James first tour me through the home and he was my point of call the entire way through. I started the purchase just before the UK went into lockdown, but I was still able to contact James regularly, and he would always contact me that day or the day after with all questions I had answers. I had a very good experience with this company and had a very smooth house purchase from the estate agent side (not from solicitor side). All in all I cannot really fault anything.
