Professional, personable and totally supportive of clients.
We accepted Belvoir as our Agent due to their apparent honest and knowledgeable presentation. They acted quickly and conducted the sale with enthusiasm. We had many potential buyers and had agreed a sale within three weeks. We were part of a particularly difficult "chain" that virtually collapsed on two occasions, and in my view, was saved by the efforts of the staff at Belvoir. Their team of dedicated staff, totally supported my wife and myself through visits and telephone calls and kept us in touch with the situation in the total "chain". Their advice and guidance through-out the process was invaluable What is often recognised as one of life's more traumatic experiences, was helped greatly by having Belvoir in our corner.

Excellent Professional Service
I can highly recommend Belvoir Tadley after they recently selling my house. I cannot fault them in any way and they totally change my views on estate agents. The team of Robert, Jacob and Adam were not only very professional, but very proactive throughout a difficult period due to the uncertainty of Brexit. They kept me fully informed at all times and guided me though the whole process. They made the stresses of selling a house far less painful. Thank you.

Professional, honest, friendly and approachable
Jake helped us with the advertising and sale of our property. The process of getting the property up for sale was very quick and we were on Rightmove within a few hours of valuation. The property had alot of interest as predicted by Jake and he sold the house within 5 days which was very pleasing. Jake kept us well informed from advertising to completion of sale with almost daily phone calls to update us on progress and we would definitely recommend Belvoir in future. Excellent!

House Purchase
We recently completed on our house purchase and could not be happier with the service received from Belvoir Tadley. They were a very friendly proactive team and they all showed interest in our purchase and helped to make the whole process easy with the minimum amount of stress. . Fantastic service & would highly recommend
We're so pleased that we decided to sell with Belvior during our recent move. At first we had considered selling with an online company but we are so glad we didn't do this. Rob and Jacob were both absolutely fantastic, their support and guidance through out the proceedings was invaluable. They were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and also really friendly nice guys. Communication was excellent, we were always kept up to date and they were always available whenever we called the office. They went out of their way to resolve any issues that arose and I feel they went above and beyond what was expected of them. We wish we could have also purchased through Belvior as it would have made the moving process a lot easier, however this wasn't possible as we were moving out of the area. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services. Thank you so much Rob and Jacob for a job well done.

A very professional service
I used Belvoir Tadley to sell my four bed detached house in Tadley. The sale completed in February 2016 and I was very happy with Robert and his team from the start of the process all the way through to completion. I consulted Robert initially when I was considering putting the property on the market in November 2015 and his explanation of market conditions, how to position the price, the level of interest that would result and how long it would take to sell were all spot on. The house had multiple viewings and I accepted an offer above the asking price. There were two other properties involved in the chain and Robert and the team pushed the process and kept me fully informed when any delays occurred and looked to get them resolved quickly. Because I no longer live locally, if I needed a bit of help (such as making sure the heating in the property was switched back on after it was switched it off when my tenants vacated and it was going to empty for a few weeks before completion), Robert would nip round and sort it out. On the day of completion, the team took meter final readings for me so that I could close the utility accounts. I am currently in the process of selling another house in a different area with another agent and I can report that all agents are definitely not the same! I would recommend Robert and his team without hesitation.

Fantastic service
I cannot thank Jacob enough for the fantastic service he gave from the moment he valued our house until completion. Jacob went above and beyond what was expected helping guide us through a difficult purchase through another local estate agent whose service was very poor to say the least. I found Jacob very honest throughout the entire process and I highly recommend Redwoods to anyone who is thinking of selling.

Very happy buyer
I was very happy with the service provided by belvoir tadley. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. Jacob was there every step of the way and personally helped us to purchase our fabulous house. He kept us in the loop more efficiently then the estate agent I was selling with! I would highly recommend Belvior and wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future.

An exemplary service
Robert and Jacob provided a excellent service. They listened to our opinions, gave sound advice, guided us through the processes involved with selling our house and were supportive throughout (they even made good coffee!). I would highly recommend Belvoir Tadley to anyone thinking of buying or selling and would not hesitate to do so myself. They are to be congratulated on a job well done.
