Oli, Nouri and the team have done an excellent job. I just wished I had taken their first offer on a property that I sold and not listened to the other agents in Hampstead, I lost a lot of money as the other agents had insisted they will get more for the house but they had no offers. Vita was the only agent with offers and sold the house. The team are honest and straight to the point. I have used them for rental in our rental portfolio and they have achieved rents beyond my expectations. I strongly recommend them and have been working with Vita for many years.

He was always quick to respond to any of our queries too. Our only criticism is that the contract admin and background checks could have been handled with a bit more enthusiasm.

Terrible decision to trust Jonathan Singer from Vita Properties - misleading representations bad service

Very unprofessional, I would not recommand. They organized viewings for a property. We were the best offer, they told us we should receive a response shortly but after one week of us waiting we had to call them and they told us that the landlord finally decided he did not want to rent. Know your client! You wasted everybody's time and lead us to false hope!
