We switched to Parkers having had a bad experience with a well established large Swindon agent. Despite initial reservations that they were smaller and did not have an office local to us (North Swindon) the experience has been nothing but a positive one. In fact I would say it proved to be a bonus. Our house was being viewed by genuinely interested and qualified buyers as opposed to being part of block viewings to buyers for whom our house was clearly not right for. They were in contact with us regularly, providing fact based feedback on how the house was performing and being viewed on line. They were very personable and provided sound advice, always open to our suggestions. They handled every single viewing and have remained in constant contact with ourselves and our solicitors from start to finish.
