Horrible Agency! didnt make us aware when buying that the house they were selling was a rema property

I have been trying to view a house in Swindon for 2 weeks now been on there on web site .and on right move mail them lots of time ring them there get back to me but never have try again this afternoon on there on line chat got no where .How hard is it when you ask in is it still for sale, their answer is I don't understand

I had to watch my sister cry her eyes out this morning after being rudely spoken to by a member of staff at this agency. She is desperate to find somewhere for her, her partner, and 3 kids (3yrs, 2yrs, 8mth) to live that they can afford on her partners wages. The housing situation in Swindon is a desperate nightmare at the moment. Affordable 3 beds are like gold dust. The council can only offer a hotel room if she can't find anywhere, and there are already multiple families in swindon who have been in hotel accommodation for 6mths plus who would be helped first. She called Parkers to enquire about a 2 bed that was listed last night just around the corner from our mums, and felt immediately judged and discriminated against for wanting to sleep her 2 boys in one room, and her, her partner and the baby in the other. I believe one of the comments made in a snooty manner was 'well why would you want to put 3 children in a 2 bedroom property'. Well - if we could all afford mansions that would be great, but the rest of us are in survival mode. Not at all impressed with the attitude of the staff representing this agency.

I don't recommend Parkers they are very slow to deal with anything if they ever do. They are happy for tennents to live in unsafe conditions Mould and damp conditions, wall rendering , and soot falling down. Their attutuide is '' I've seen worse'' They try their at most to hold on to deposits. They just don't care.
