As all of the other reviews say, Jo has has been a brilliant help. She was always on top of everything and when I chased her up she'd always chase for a response. We had a hard time due to the buyers solicitors but luckily Jo was on top of everything and kept everyone informed along the way while keeping the sale flowing as best she could.

I have just purchased through McFarlane north Swindon. All the staff I dealt with were polite and helpful. Jo was looking after the sales progression. It was quite a straight forward purchase with no chain just myself purchasing an empty property and went through smoothly in under three months . This was partly down to Jo who was on the ball from the start and kept checking everything was on track and no hold ups.
