We were impressed with their high quality marketing and their eye for detail, theres definitely a different quality with these guys. They have a unique marketing strategy and this really stands out from what others are offering in the area. All the team are committed! We were lucky enough to get to know most of the team, we found them all to be very professional and extremely helpful, they go out of there way to make you feel at ease and relaxed in a process that can be stressful. I was often reassured and made to feel at ease when I had moving anxiety there was always someone available to calm me down and call me back. Without this Incredible team I’m sure I would of not sold my house as smoothly as we did. We also achieved over the asking price thanks to some great negotiation skills from Robert! on the flip side this also did us well when we found the house we ended up buying through smiths.
