I can honestly say that the service I received from Tom was 2nd to none! He was professional,patient and friendly. in fact, nothing was too much trouble for him. He explained everything about how he and the company work to achieve the sale of my house. After the appointment he was available at any time to answer any questions and give any advice I needed. I was very impressed with the service that Smiths provided. There was definitely a personal touch and I felt that I was supported right through the process. There was a delay in proceedings because of an issue that I had with my bank but Smiths handled it with patience and understanding until the sale was completed. Tom traveled a distance to personally deliver the keys to a friend who was looking after my house - this was much appreciated! Overall, I was impressed and I would definitely use Smiths again.
