Very helpful, professional. I only wanted someone to 'let only' the house, as I am happy taking management responsibility. They were very helpful, and took two or three block group bookings for the rental in Llanelli before my tenant was found. They sorted the contract, any new legislative required changes, EPC, photographer, etc. Very helpful and willing.
