We spoke to Hywel on the phone was ever so nice and patient with us. Always willing to take our phone calls and questions really great and cheery guy Would 1000% recommend going with Smiths Homes and double that with Hywel! Great experience thank you for finding us our dream home !

A massive thanks to Tom who as recently sold our house 🏠. From start to finish Tom was a breath of fresh air, his professional attitude and warm nature made the experience of selling our property a total breeze. Tom was always on hand to answer questions or even for a chat ! I can honestly say that Tom goes above and beyond all expectations, he's a great asset to the smiths estate agents. What a great guy! ⭐️ The communication we received on a regular basis is something we never experienced with any other estate agent. He always answered our calls and checked in with us on a weekly.
