I’ve had the benefit of dealing with Rhys a couple of times now he’s a great agent always professional, knowledgeable and available! There have been times when I really felt I was a nag but Rhys was always reassuring contactable and kind, he understands well the stress of selling and buying houses. My house journey is still ongoing but Rhys really worked hard for us and I’m very grateful.

I'm a bit late leaving this review sorry, but better late than never. We bought a house in Sketty, Swansea through Smiths Estate Agents and I'm pleased to say it was an A1, First Class experience! We're a family of four, moving from Birmingham back to Wales so we had a lot of issues to deal with but fortunately for us Rob and Janine had our back all the way. We really did have quite a few hurdles but they did everything possible to get us over them. They were even managing 'Our' solicitors for us and kept us informed at every single step. Special mention has to go to Janine though (no offence Rob). She was simply superb throughout. Every little bit of info and we knew about it straight away. Any questions we had, she was on the case sorting and solving them on the spot. We were asking our solicitors questions and we were getting our answers from Janine!!! We have only positive words for Smiths and recommend them to anyone. If we ever move from this house in the future we know where we'll be heading to help us. Cheers again Huw Llewellyn
